The Leeds midfielder is marrying his longtime girlfriend, Milana D’Ambra. She is the daughter of Saint Joseph’s men’s soccer coach, Don D’Ambra.

Aaronson, who was also part of the U.S. squad for the 2022 World Cup, departed from the training camp after Thursday’s session. He was expected to return in time for Saturday’s training.
The 25-year-old player for Leeds in the Premier League hails from a well-known U.S. soccer family in Medford, New Jersey. His brother, Paxten, plays for Major League Soccer’s Colorado Rapids, and his sister, Jaden, played for Villanova as a freshman last fall. Their father, Rusty, serves as the sporting director for Real Futbol Academy in Medford.
This situation echoes a past event where star player Christian Pulisic was allowed to miss training. In 2016, Pulisic skipped a session to attend his Hershey High School prom on May 27, 2016, held at the Hershey Hotel in Pennsylvania. He then returned for the following day’s Copa América match against Bolivia in Kansas City, Kansas.
