Despite not securing a first-round draft pick in April 2025, Sanders has reportedly earned an impressive $17.7 million in group licensing revenue for the 2025 season.

Sanders’ initial contract with the Cleveland Browns is valued at just over $1 million per season. He signed a four-year rookie deal worth $4.647 million before commencing his professional career in 2025. His draft journey was marked by an unexpected slide, as he fell significantly, ultimately being selected by the Browns on the third day of the NFL Draft.
Adding to the unexpected draft day, the Browns also selected Oregon quarterback Dillon Gabriel, another Heisman Trophy finalist, ahead of Sanders in the third round. The report also highlighted that Sanders’ total earnings for his rookie season are estimated to be close to, if not exceeding, $20 million, when factoring in other endorsement deals he likely secured upon entering professional football. However, Sanders’ initial playing time with the Browns was delayed.
